Wine Cellar:
Experimental
wine cellar is of an on ground and low capacity,
adapted to the experimental work with grapes and wine.
The vessels of stainless steel and glass as well as
a smaller number of wooden barrels are in the basement.
Stainless steel cookware is equipped with a device
for controlled alcoholic fermentation of wine. Renovation
and equipping of modern winemaking cellar provided
the support for the introduction of innovative technology
solutions in the wine industry, which is particularly
important for indigenous varieties.
